In-Person Summits
Twice per year, we'll meet in-person in a new market. Through an all-day session, we'll talk through business best practices, analyze new industry trends, and learn from a new industry guest speaker.
1:1 Brand Meetings
In-between summits, we're an industry ally. Through a soft retainership model, we'll talk through challenges you're facing and practical strategies for your business.

We've found the sweet spot is around 6 members per group. Big enough to have diverse opinions, small enough to know everyone well.
Of course! If possible, we try and encourage all members to invite an industry friend. We find this helps lay a foundation of trust in each group.
Good question. We'll typically have two guest speakers per summit. One speaker will be a local industry leader (maybe a top rep in the area or the head of sales at a regional dealership) and the other speaker will be an industry thought leader (a logistics expert, a CEU author, etc). Guest speakers won't be with us all day, just for an hour time slot.
It varies! While all groups first meet in Chicago, we move to a seasonal cadence after that. For example, we may head to Phoenix in the winter or Minneapolis in the summer.
You can! The first Arena meeting is always held in Chicago. The cost to attend this one-day summit is prorated for your one-time trial. After that, if the Arena is right for you, we ask for an year-long commitment.
